According to Merriam-Webster dictionary the word “inspired” is rooted in Latin and literally means “to breathe or blow into.” After the word made its way into the English language the figurative translation was created: “to influence, move, or guide (as to speech or action) through divine or supernatural agency or power. “
The word “flow” within this context is referring to continuous movement, like a stream. Putting the words together creates the meaning “stimulating movement that is divinely guided.” This may conjure up images of being stuck or caught in a jam and desiring freedom and relief.
When we give ourselves a quiet moment to take a breath and calm the mind and relax the body we open the heart which allows a flow of inspiration. This inspired flow is necessary for any type of successful creative endeavor, whether it be something artistic like writing, painting or dancing or something more ordinary and practical such as solving a problem, resolving a conflict, or effectively communicating thoughts and feelings.
Inspired Flow’s mission is to help those who are in need of obtaining a more meaningful life experience and gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and a broader more spiritual perspective of their problems.
“The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart.” Helen Keller
